Harrison

By Amy Dashwood

Armed with nothing
but a piece of wood
and nickel strings
electric current running
resonating sound

He takes the stage

plug in

             strum

                        chord

                                    play.

small as a bug- a beetle-
from my seat
I watch-

no, hear
him play,

Harrison on the stage.
